Soaking In Milk Stone Remover

In my search for Phosphoric Acid I found out that in many areas of the country it is not sold for environmental reasons. I eventually found something called Milk Stone Remover at my local Farm & Fleet store in the farm supplies section. It is a mix of Hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acids and surfactants (like soap).
