Welcome to Camp Smoke Riders at Mid-Ohio

On the left our den leader Russ, on the right Terry. But who is the guy in the middle drinking our beer? ;-)

Sitting down is Cody Stone. twostroke fanatic from Minnesota. His current regular rider is a Kaw H1 with a rubber mounted H2 motor, Mr. & Mrs Iron Butt... (Allen and Bobbie Wood,). Russ in the back.

Our beloved Den mother, Russ, burning some ribs... (just the way I like 'em...)

Allen's Buff, minus the fuel cell.

M*A*S*H Compound. Whoops flashback... meant Camp Buffalo

Our road facing east, post monsoon. FYI, there were rocks on this road, the day before... BIG rocks. In like six hours, we went from riding on golfballs to riding in a creek.

The compound, starting to get busy.

The most amazing Buffalo revision I have ever seen. That pipe that cradles the rear of the engine comes through the frame and out the other side cover... Very very neat! Lots of care and engineering. Who says chrome won't stick to aluminum?

White Buff with a great new paint job (Terry's son's work.) Better than ever before!

My (Len's) GT550. If you look closely, you can see the twist ties borrowed from Mark to hold the tank cap on.

Loading up to go home. If you run these last few pics in reverse, you will see what it looked like during the set-up.

The Big Chuck Wagon. You would not believe the huge amount of stuff that Russ and Terry hauled along, to make this possible for us.

But there's no pit? We were probably the only campers to have a place to pee that you didn't hate having to go to. This is the place.

Marks Buff and Len's GT550, getting a ride back.
